Belikoff Projects & Consulting is a unique Israel-based consulting service that provides added value by drawing on significant experience in corporate and project environments to provide professional services through a network of local and international experts.

Our project management services span industry, energy and infrastructure and include project development and strategy setup, project finance, technical advisory work and project auditing. Our general consulting services are focused on finance, due diligence, M&As, feasibility studies and more.  We leverage years of broad international experience to provide uniquely flexible services that adapt to suit your needs.

While our varied project services and consulting work cover a wide range of industries and market sectors, including power, gas, semiconductor, water, solar energy and pharmaceuticals, our methodologies are standardized to guarantee results.

Belikoff Projects & Consulting is managed by founder Shimmy Belikoff. For more than 20 years, Shimmy has been involved with technology-driven projects, focusing on energy and infrastructure, with many years in financial and commercial roles. Previously, he served as the managing director of an international EPC energy division and the Israel VP Operations of a world-leading PV solar solution provider. As an executive manager and director, Shimmy led the P&L of a listed project management company’s energy division where he was responsible for driving the strategy, guiding business development through to contract awards and overseeing project execution. As VP Operations, he oversaw the execution, operation and development of numerous PV projects in Israel.

Shimmy is highly skilled in strategic project management, corporate and project finance, international business management, deal structuring and optimizing stakeholder interests. He takes an active approach to his role in M&As, due diligence and risk management and currently consults as a project and corporate executive.
